FXDD Limited Power of Attorney (LPOA): All Clients who designate Cani as the authorized trading agent, (defined as any person other than the customer who is given the ability to control, manage or direct trading decisions in the account, as defined in the LPA Form), must read and agree to the Limited Power of Attorney Form by signing and dating before authorization will be granted by FXDD.

FXDD Compensation Acknowledgement Supplement to the LPOA: All customers who designate Cani as an authorized trading agent, must also allow FXDD to withdraw xx% of profits (called “Success Fee” or “Net Equity Gain”)
